I had a good weekend. I really like posting on Mondays while things are fresh in my mind.
I couldn't believe it - so often I heard a word connected with us, yet not connected - to whit:
SOURPUSS and PUSS ON..to indicate a bad mood or sour temper like this one (heaven forbid!)
I know, a real corker!
Then, there's SNAGGLEPUSS. I don't have a photo for this one, but it's descriptive enough, I guess.
Oh, here's a good one: SEA PUSS. No, it's not one of us adapted with fins, it's defined in Webster's as an undertow along the seashore. I'll not show water on here should the very sight of it cause undue stress.
As far as our friend Mr. Grumpy goes, I have one word for him:
SMILE, DAMMIT!
*sigh*

Oh dear, really sour is really not good!
Sometimes the outside face doesn't reflect the inside personality! Have never heard of a sea puss before...thanks for the info.
I agree, it is better to be positive.
Never really thought about those phrases. Probably never will again! I think the photo with your beak is extremely disturbing to say the least! As for the dog eating magnets--well, what do you expect from a dog anyway? Have a great week!
