It's Monday again!! Despite its lacking in popularity, Monday rolls around again and again..Funny how that is!
Hope efurrybody's doing well. It's been soooooooooooo cold. Not for us cats since a good purr and warmth for us indoors is a given, but all parts of the country that are usually pretty warm or mild are suffering cold temps. I hope all furries find a warm spot!
We like the sun for warmth more than anything. The housekeeper noticed how the finer details can be picked up by the sun. Here are some closeups of moi - complete with catching that instant when a cat hair takes flight and lands in the annoyingly usual places.
Does anyone know just how many cat hairs we send aloft every day? I was trying to look that up, but I didn't have much success. Oh, well..
What's that noise? Do I hear the vacuum?
Better sign off, then.
Hasta la vista,
Tom

That looks like a whole lot of comfy cozy to me!
We love kitties, so we really don't count the amount of flying fur...that is, until it rolls into a tumbleweed in the room corners.
It's freezing here today, but we're both toasty warm. Our hair is always afloat in the air. Our mom gave up trying to keep up with it.
Those stray cat furs are relentless in their photobombing, Tom!
I like da sun for warmth too.
I think the number is a bazillion hairs aloft every day from a cat. You are extra handsome in sunlight sweet boy!
It looks like you are enjoying that sun.
I have no idea how much cat fur flies around every day, but I still find the odd Flynn fur lying around nearly 21 months after he had to leave us. It makes me very happy when I find them because I know it means he is still around and watching over us.
The sun has helped with our cold temps, Tom. What we don't like is when it's cloudy while cold--the house feels like it never gets warm enough!
What a waste of cat fur to vacuum it up. It's to be saved and sent in Christmas cards and as gifts.
Not sure how many, but I am sure it is a lot. I have 13 cats and have to vacuum a lot.

There is definitely cat hair everywhere in this house. No matter how good you clean it still floats on gossamer wings into the most remote crevices, nooks, and crannies.
Those furs that are aloft land in eyes with contact lenses feeling like a barbed wire fence just made a landing in the eye.
