Hi, furriends ~
My little hobbit house...it doesn't really exist except in my mind, but every once in a while, I need to escape. A nap doesn't really do it - too short. You wake up and you're back to square one.
If you have a place to go to either in person or in your mind, it's a good way to escape the boredom that gets to us every so often. No matter how many toys, trees, visitors, pats on the head, variety in our food or bird tv, squirrel tv, bee tv or neighbors, we get bored.
So, here I am in a place that's quiet, gentle on the nerves, and completely in my mind. When I get so this doesn't do it anymore, I don't know what'll happen. Maybe you have some suggestions?
Let's hear 'em!
(Isn't this place cute? - Oooh, I think I have a new neighbor!)

WE love your hobbit house, go on in and make yourself a cozy!
That is the perfect little hobbit house. We all need somewhere to get away to and be alone sometimes.
I wonder if a hobbit is in the house. We like to listen to music. You can do it with your eyes shut!
Tom we really like that little place in your mind and we all have a castle. It all started when Miss Fitz said she was a Queen in her dream castle and then we all slept on it. We know they are all individual and purrfect for each of us. Imagination is the spice of life
It's always restorative to escape to a calm, peaceful place. I hope you enjoy lots of purrs and happy dreams while you're at your hobbit house.
Having a special get-away can really soothe one's nerves, Tom!
Your Hobbit House looks wonderful, Tom. When you want something new, since it is in your mind, it can be whatever you want. :)
Dad wanted me to ask if you think he'll fit in there. Says he needs an escape for a bit, and that looks like the perfect location.
Tom, we think that is the perfect hideway!
Purrs,
Winston and Emily
