Notes from a parish cat and his author Julie Mackenzie

My photo
I am Father Tom Fish, esteemed member of the religious team at Temptation of Christ Parish in the novels by author Julie Mackenzie. As to my background, I was invited into the rectory as a stray, laid on the charm, and was invited to stay, even honorarily ordained and no less spiritual than my sidekick Father Will. He dotes on me to high heaven and forgives all of my street cat proclivities, whatever the hell that means.

Toes (Oh, Those?)

One, two, three, four..

What am I here licking for?

Five, six, seven, eight..

In between the toes tastes great!

Six, seven, eight, nine..

Nip, crackers, fish and wine..

Having fun with toes and rhyme!

Have a good weekend, everybody!

For a minutes there, I thought you were doing "The Fish Cheer" from Woodstock. I mean, I'd cheer for fish too. Those ARE cutesy toes you got there.

I always found it so peaceful watching Sweet Praline wash her toes. I think I was jealous that she was so limber.

I'm back blogging again. I've set up a new blog for the future furchildren. Please come by and visit at http://sweetpurrfections.blogspot.com.

We want to be sure and thank you for leaving kind words upon Jack's passing over the Rainbow Bridge. Our cat and cat-loving friends are helping us immensely in recovering from the loss. Baby has deeply grieved, but is doing much better with right attention and love.
